Tarana-e-Pakistan is claimed to be the first national anthem that was played in Pakistan’s national radio on 14 August 1947 of Pakistan said to be composed by Jagannath Azad at the request of Mohammad Ali Jinnah but this claim is unsubstantiated.
Lyrics: Jagannath Azad, 9 August 1947
Adopted: 14 August 1947
Relinquished: December 1948
I got 24 right
It’s just a claim and indian media is a liar so we pakistani and pakistani government don’t accept that it is written by any indian
why would Jagannath Azad wrote tarrana-e-pakistan in urdu and farsi ? lol We would anticipate that a hindhu writer would be comfortable writing in two different languages as he would spend his entire life in India, including with his family? And how is it possible that Muhammed Ali would be so thrilled to request tarrana e Pakistan from a hindhu writer? Following the war.He understood that if he did something for Pakistan, it would be recorded in Pakistan’s history, so why did he choose to do it as a hindu when he wanted to demonstrate to the next generation of Muslims how Muslims sacrifice for their homeland? If I’m wrong, correct me. I have the courage to acknowledge the truth.

Sorry for giving some wrong answer because I an Indian, and thank you to share this great knowing with us .
Very good Knowladge
The first national anthem was by jaganath azad however, Hafeez jhalandhari’s anthem was noticed later and hence the first one was rejected. There is nothing to argue about. Quaid e azam chose Jaganath azad because the country was named as muslim majority he descided to give hope to the minorities who did’nt leave the country due to some solid reasons.. If you want to argue about this matter too then keep in mind and never forget that national anthem weather it’s of India, America or Pakistan and who composed it all national anthem have same meaning and purpose singing for the prosperous country hoping for it’s good future…. Everyone has love for it’s country just like you you are killing your enemy for your country and they are killing their enemy for their country. You and they are sacrificing for the country they/you love
What’s the difference then?
nice quiz
