Cricket Act was passed. Members of Konkan Cricket Board should have played at least five Tests. For Tests, ODIs and 2020 there will be separate selection committees. Selectors should have played Tests, ODIs and 2020. Players will be selected first. Out of the players captain and vice captain will be selected.

The captain of the Konkan Test team had to follow the following instructions:

1) On winning toss to elect batting.
2) Follow on has to be enforced.
3) No innings declaration.
4) No declaration short of runs made by other team.

The captains of the Konkan ODI and 2020 teams had to elect batting on winning toss. There was a press report. Coach of New Holland team gave to the team a vision statement which became public. In it he said sex increased testosterone levels, which caused an increase in strength, energy, aggression and competitiveness, and was therefore recommended. If you can not find a partner, do it solo.

Coach gave a statement that he did not give such statement. That was given by a member of support team. He was deeply hurt by attributing the statement to him. It was against his morality and religion. He came to know about it two days back. This statement caused amusement. Selectors announced Konkan Test team for tours of Australia and South Africa. Konkan had not won a Test series in Australia and South Africa. Walter led Konkan to 5‐0 victory in Test series in Australia. Konkan won Adelaide Test by 16 runs. Konkan won Brisbane Test by 2 wickets.

In Melbourne Test Konkan batted first and scored 480 runs. Australia were all out for 250. Konkan enforced follow on. Australia were all out for 212. Konkan won by an Innings and 18 runs. In Perth Test Konkan batted first and scored 510 runs. Australia were all out for 245. Konkan enforced follow on. Australia were all out for 250. Konkan won by an Innings and 15 runs. In Sydney Test Konkan batted first and scored 644 runs. Australia were all out for 332. Konkan enforced follow on. Australia were all out for 114. Konkan won by an Innings and 218 runs.

Konkan toured South Africa. Won the first three Tests. Last Test was at Centurion. South Africa won the toss batted first. Walter took all the wickets. South Africa were all out for 212 runs. Walter faced the first ball of Konkan’s innings. He hit it for six. He kept scoring and reached 50. Albert scored 10 and was out. Walter was on 72. Richard scored 22 runs and was out.
Walter reached 100. Henry scored 17 runs and was out.
Walter reached 150. Herbert was on 12.
Walter reached 200. Herbert scored 38 runs and was out.
Walter reached 250. Terence scored 5 runs and was out.
Walter reached 300. Alan scored 12 runs and was out.
Walter reached 350. Trevor scored 11 runs and was out.
Walter reached 361. Edward scored 3 runs and was out.
Walter reached 366. Gerald scored 8 runs and was out.
Walter 376. Mark did not score any run in an over. Walter hit 24 runs in his over. Mark was out to the first ball of the next over. Walter remained 400 not out. Extras 34. Konkan’s score was 560. South Africa were all out for 288 runs in the second innings. Walter took all the wickets. He achieved the rare feat of taking 20 wickets in a Test.

Walter retired from Test cricket. He played 104 Tests, innings 176, not out 56 times, runs 12,000, average 100. He took 416 wickets and held 208 catches.
